In the process of restoration of drill pipes a unique technology of electric arc welding on the surface of the lock parts is used, which allows to restore the chateaux chutes of the used pipe to the state of a new one. The welded metal is matched to its properties precisely in accordance with the quality of the metal of the pipe lock, as a result of which the wear resistance of the restored surfaces is not inferior to the new pipes, and the mechanical working of the welded pad surfaces is carried out until the geometric dimensions are completely restored in accordance with GOST 28487:
